1998 Flagstaff Tent Trailer 10ft box extends to over 19 feet open. Very comfortable 2 large beds(1 queen, 1 double). Very quick and easy to set up. Good tires. All windows and screens in excellent shape. Canvans is in excellent shape but there is 2 small patches. Sleeps 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 kids. Indoor outdoor 3 burner stove, easy to move in and out of trailer. Electric start furnace with new thermostat, No pilot lights to start. I just replaced the furnace motor and sail switch cost $345 have receits with warrenty. Also comes with extra igniter. This trailer has excellent heat you will not be cold in this trailer. The furnace now is pretty much new and Guaranteed to have no problems with it. 3 way fridge works excellent gets nice and coldSink with water tank, Lots of storage, Dual horseshoe tables, one can also be used for outdoors with portable standRoof venting. Light weight trailer, 1500lbs was easily pulled with our little minvan over BC Mountains. Roll out sun awning included stays attached to trailer in storage bag. Only used on 1 trip in the last couple years. Bearings are fully repacked with special long lasting wheel bearing grease. Comes with dual shelving. Modern Colour scheme. Coat rack. Power inverter. Trailer runs off of 12volt Battery or 120volt hook up. Never been cooked in, no odours. Spare tire. Out side 120volt plug ins. Plug in's are GFCI protected. Propane gas detector. Comes with Camp kitchen, Camp Closet storage unit, Pots and pans, green turf ground cover, door mat. This trailer is ready for camping for the long weekend. Just hook up and go.. Bought 5th wheel trailer Priced to sell $5125 Similar trailers for around this year going for 500-1500 more.
